I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and very well-furnished rooms overlooking the canal and city. The service was unbelievably awesome, very friendly, and accommodating, making my experience even better. The location was ideal for me, allowing enjoyable walks during the day and evening in the safe surroundings with plenty of nearby restaurants to explore. The dining options were decent but could still be improved, especially for guests needing an earlier breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money with excellent facilities.
The hotel rooms, though spacious with a west view, lacked the standard amenities expected in a Hilton hotel. They seemed empty and not well thought out. On the bright side, the service was excellent and very helpful, providing the best customer service experience imaginable. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had everything needed for a perfect stay in BA. The service was exceptional, from ensuring I had extra tea and tissues when I wasn't feeling well to being courteous and professional throughout. The location was superb, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby to take evening walks. Though the dining was pretty basic, the overall experience was fantastic.
